Payments
Prices are listed in USD and payment is due at purchase. Please see our Refund Policy. All sales of the AI Growth Report and digital products are final.
Digital Product License
Purchasers receive a personal or single-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI Agents and Skills. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or publish the files.
Intellectual Property
Site content, frameworks, audits, the AI Readiness Scorecard, and products belong to Adaptify AI LLC.
Third-Party Tools
Recommended tools, such as AI platforms, are governed by their own terms and pricing, which may change.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product.
