Refund Policy

The Business AI Audit, Resume AI Audit, and the 15-minute review and Skill Selection calls are free, so no refunds apply.

All sales are final. The AI Growth Report is non-refundable once payment is made, because work on your report begins at purchase and the report is completed and delivered after payment.

Clients who purchase the AI Growth Report receive a credit equal to 50% of the $497 fee toward any tool or solution they implement through Adaptify AI. The credit expires 7 days after the AI Growth Report is delivered, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

All sales are final. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or modifications are provided for digital products. If your download link does not arrive, contact us and we will resend it.

Refund terms are set in each client's signed agreement. If an agreement does not state otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the program begins.

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to stop future charges. Payments already made, including the current month, are non-refundable.
